This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through the Comet Labels Express online store.

Comet Labels Express (Pty) Ltd supplies products within South Africa only.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

We aim to process standard online orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment has cleared.

Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Custom or made-to-order products

The online store mainly sells standard blank label products.

Custom, printed or made-to-order label requests are handled separately through an enquiry and quotation process. These products may require additional production time, and estimated lead times will be confirmed before production begins.

3. Delivery areas

Delivery is available throughout South Africa through our courier partner, Collivery.

Delivery availability, service options and pricing may depend on the delivery address, parcel size, parcel weight and courier service selected at checkout.

4. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are usually 1 to 4 business days, depending on the delivery address and courier service selected.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, incorrect delivery details or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Comet Labels Express will assist with reasonable delivery and tracking enquiries where possible.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, the customer will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched or processed for courier collection.

6. Shipping charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, parcel size, parcel weight and available courier service.

Any free delivery promotions will be subject to the specific terms advertised at the time.

7. Collection option

Customers may choose to collect their order from Comet Labels Express where this option is available at checkout.

Customers must wait until they receive confirmation that the order is ready for collection before arriving to collect. Please bring your order number when collecting.

8. Incorrect delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information at checkout.

Comet Labels Express is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated customer information.
